Principal's Message
Kia ora all
A definite highlight has been the buzz of excitement building around our first senior school production - The Broken Bond. The energy and enthusiasm from everyone involved is simply infectious, and we can't wait to see the final performance come to life. This term the arts are the curriculum area that is brought to the fore so all across the school there is rich learning in music, dance, drama and/or visual art.
Our students have been showcasing their talents and passions in many areas beyond the classroom. Taking full advantage of the beautiful weather, we held a fantastic chalk art house competition, which displayed incredible creativity. Our dedicated chess team also represented us with pride at the recent Waikato primary schools tournament. Additionally, our Enviro Group has been actively working to make a positive difference in our community by planting in local areas, demonstrating their commitment to environmental responsibility. It’s inspiring to see them so engaged and dedicated.
These events and activities are a testament to the vibrant learning environment we strive to create. We are so proud of our students for embracing these opportunities so they can truly SHINE.
